1. Final Quality Approval
Only garments that pass final inspection are approved and sent to the packing section.
2. Folding as per Standard
Garments are folded neatly according to client, retail, or export folding standards.
3. Tagging & Labeling
Size tags, brand labels, price tags, and care labels are attached as per specifications.
4. Protective Packing
Garments are placed in polybags or protective covers to prevent dust, moisture, and damage.
5. Size & Style Segregation
Packed garments are sorted by size, style, and color for accurate order fulfillment.
6. Carton Packing
Individual packs are placed into cartons as per packing ratio and client instructions.
7. Carton Labeling
Cartons are labeled with style number, size range, quantity, and shipment details.
8. Final Packing Inspection
Cartons are checked for accuracy, count, and sealing quality.
9. Ready for Dispatch
Approved cartons are moved to the dispatch area for shipping.
