Embroidery / Printing Job Work – Step by Step Process

1. Design Approval
The client provides the design or logo, which is digitized (for embroidery) or prepared for printing. Approval is taken before production.

2. Fabric Inspection
Fabrics or garments are inspected to ensure they are clean, defect-free, and suitable for embroidery or printing.

3. Machine Setup
Embroidery machines are programmed with the design file, or printing screens/digital printers are prepared with the approved artwork.

4. Sample Test Run
A test sample is created to check design accuracy, color matching, alignment, and stitching or print quality.

5. Production Execution

  • Embroidery: Machines stitch the design onto the garment with precision.

  • Printing: Designs are printed using screen printing, digital printing, or heat transfer methods as per requirements.

6. In-line Quality Check
During production, random checks are performed to ensure design consistency, color accuracy, and stitch/print quality.

7. Finishing & Cleaning
Threads are trimmed, excess ink is removed, and the garment is pressed or cured to fix the design.

8. Final Inspection
Finished garments are inspected for defects, alignment, color consistency, and overall appearance.

9. Packing & Dispatch
Approved garments are packed and labeled according to client instructions, ready for dispatch or further production stages.
